I order a double cheeseburger and fries. It was good as normal. I live. Otherwise, good food and good service. When the food arrived the cheese on the burgers were cold and the burger meat was dry and barely warm as if it were sitting for a long while. There was condiments smeared all inside the wrapper making it a sloppy mess of a sandwich. My take is this place needs a good house cleaning either with better management or additional supervision of the staff. Secondly the staff working the windows need customer service training on how to respect patrons as they come across as rude.
